Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States. We ship orders out within 2-3 business days after purchase. If you are in a rush, please email us at hello@commiskids.com and we will do our best to assist you. 

Shipping Rates
We know shipping is expensive and for that reason, we only charge a $7 flat rate fee.

Refund Policy
Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for a full refund excluding shipping costs. You have 14 days after delivery to send back your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@commiskids.com. Once we receive and inspect the item, you will be notified if your return has been approved. Please wait 5-7 days for your return to be processed. 

What are your playdough ingredients?
Our dough is made of flour, water, salt, cream of tartar, vegetable oil, cornstarch and food coloring.

What is the recommended age?
All ages! But we recommend starting at 3+ and with parental supervision for the little ones. 

What is the dough shelf life?
With proper storage, our dough can last up to 3 months. Because our dough is preservative free, it requires more care. Make sure hands and surface area are clean. Keep in a tightly sealed container and store in a cool, dry area (refrigerator works as well) when not being played with. If playdough is stored in a warm area, it can grow mold. Playing with the dough often will keep it soft and fresh. If your dough feels a little dry, you can knead it and add a little warm water or oil. 

Are your tins recyclable?
Yes! We encourage you to reuse, repurpose, or recycle the tins. 

Is dough gluten-free?
No, it is made from wheat flour. 

What if my child eats the dough?
Our dough is non-toxic and made from ingredients that can be found in the kitchen, however it is NOT meant for consumption. If large amounts are consumed, please contact your pediatrician immediately.
